How long is the order processing time?

We usually ship within 24–48 hours. Final delivery time depends on your location.

Once placed, you’ll receive an email with the receipt and tracking information.

How do I make an exchange?

If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, request a replacement. After we receive the item and complete QC, we’ll ship the replacement (subject to stock) or issue a full refund.

Do you arrange reverse pickups?

Reverse pickup is available for select pincodes. Write to [email protected] to check. If reverse pickup isn’t available, you can self-ship the item.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments (cards/wallets/UPI, depending on gateway) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If a transaction fails, please try again or contact [email protected] with your order and payment reference.

What is your refund policy?

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original source. COD refunds are processed to the bank details submitted in your refund request.

For self-ship returns (when reverse pickup isn’t available), we reimburse ₹60 after QC is completed.

How long do I get support?

We typically respond within 24 hours of receiving your email or query.
