How do I raise a warranty claim?
Email your order number, photos of the defect, and a short description to [email protected]. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
What proof of purchase is required?
A valid order confirmation email or invoice is required. For gifts, share the purchaser’s name and purchase date.
What’s the typical resolution time?
Inspections usually complete in 3–5 business days after we receive clear photos/videos. Approved claims are repaired or replaced as per stock availability.
